"You're risking your patient's life!" I wonder if House's sarcastic responses are scripted as [sarcasm]. I think I would gain even more respect for Hugh Laurie.
Not only do I think they are, but I think the sarcastic responses are probably delineated as: [sarcasm], [douchey sarcasm], [extreme dickhead sarcasm].. and finally [comment that reveals heart of gold nestled in rough exterior]. Ahh, that's Emmy winning writing for ya.
